No pity party

 This blog wasn't supposed to be about any sad story or drama, but as soon as I posted my first blog yesterday, I received some news.

As per doctor's orders, I went for a CT scan (among all other tests) earlier this week to see if my past disease has returned.  Results were out yesterday.  The GOOD NEWS is, it hasn't!  HURRAY for that!!! 

B U T ...

Impression on my CT scan read:

Hepatic cysts

Mild thoracolumbar scoliosis

Incidental note of fibrosis/subsegmental atelectasis, middle lobe, lingula and both lung bases

I was speechless...I wanted to puke...I wanted to cry.  I held back my tears because I wanted to know and verify first what all of this meant.  Even if Dr. Google is always around, I am looking forward to seeing my doctors soon for a proper diagnosis, meds or treatment (if needed).

Now, back to talking about weight loss for the meantime...I haven't received my products yet, so we haven't started the program.  But because of these findings, I am now, more than ever, determined to lose weight and make changes.  You see, the ct scan is just one of the tests I've been through the past month. There were other tests that also showed bad results.  I am hoping this program will also help improve these test results.
